Frederick B. Owens is an American actor and voice actor. He is known as one of the most prolific bass voices in the industry. Behind the microphone, he has voiced hundreds of characters. In the 2003 TMNT series, he was the voice of Leatherhead and Traximus. He is also the voice behind 4Kids Production of “One Piece” as Gol D Roger.

Other credits include Funky Cops, Yu-Gi-Oh, The Shaman King, Heavy Duty in G.I. Joe Sigma 6, and many others. Film credits include Hitch with Will Smith and Eva Mendes, Trust The Man with David Duchovny, Storytelling with John Goodman, Law and Order SVU, Ed, and The Education of Max Bickford with Richard Dreyfuss. He is an original cast member of the hit Broadway show, Smokey Joe's Cafe, where they earned a Grammy Award for Best Broadway Album. He also did Jesus Christ Superstar and Man of La Mancha on Broadway.
